We manufacture stanchion kits to suit your on-site requirements. Below is a typical installation scenario:
1.) On-site, the stanchions are loosely bolted in position,
2.) Rails are passed through the ball joints of each stanchion (any rail joins concealed within the ball).
3.) Bends, closures, etc., are positioned and stanchions are securely bolted down.
4.) Rails are welded at each ball, bends and corner joints are fully welded and ground.
5.) All welds are primed with zinc-rich paint, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing structure, completely zinc protected against corrosion.
